The kids' school did a really neat egg hunt that was, in my opinion, completely brilliant. Each kid got to find 12 eggs; the trick was they had to find their 12 eggs! So as they walked around the playground hunting, they could only put the ones with their name on it in their basket. So there was no running or pushing, or one kid ending up with 20 eggs and another with 2 eggs, and best of all, they were learning in the process and they didn't even know it! How clever is that!

Looking for his name in the pile of eggs...

found it!

Ryan and Mena
Ryan tells us he and Mena are going to get married!
When Michael asked where they were going to live when they got married,
he told him they are going to live with us!

I'm not sure what the cape thing was about but I can tell you I thought
it was quite the fashion statement coordinated with the dangly orange heart earrings!

Randi and her boyfriend Caulder.
They aren't getting married just yet, but they have been an
item since November, so things are obviously a little serious...
well at least as serious as they can be when you're 5 years old!

Randi with classmates Christiana and Maci

This is how I found Ryan when I picked him up after Randi's egg hunt.
Notice he's reading a spanish book about space shuttles...
well I guess he's just looking at the pictures anyways.
