We met up with some friends and had a great time at a local pumpkin patch. The kids went through a haunted straw bale maze, jumped in a bouncy house, rode a little train, and posed for a few photos with the pumpkins. Randi adores these little ones. She's like a mini-mama to them, always looking after them and making sure they're taken care of. In some ways they're kind of like the little sisters she'll never have. We didn't plan their coordinating outfits, but they sure looked cute in them, and I'm not sure I've ever seen that much hot pink in the middle of an orange pumpkin patch.
I snapped this as Ryan and Michael rode by on the little train, and I just love the look of joy on little man's face! It's wonderful how simple things like this can make them so happy!

The simple joys of children...adorable!
I love everything about this first one. The sweet and beautiful girls...their hot pink outfits, and the orange pumpkins and yellow flowers, all coordinate so well. You even got some beautiful bokeh. Your little Ryan is just so adorable. You really caught the excitement in this one. His little face is just li
t up with Happy!
Such a pretty setting -- and the kids look adorable!
Too cute that they all wound up in hot pink. I haven't checked out the Halloween attire this year to see all those fun tshirts. I need to get into the Halloween spirit!
And yes, Ryan does look like he's bursting with happiness in that shot. So sweet! You're right. The little things make them so happy. I'm trying to remember to say yes more b/c I know they'll look back fondly on those little moments.
These are great! Love them both. Sounds like a fun day.
