Around this time every year, Santa rides in on an old fire truck and plugs in a power cord to light up the town. The adults gather on the square, the little kids run and play in the grass around the gazebo, and everyone waits for the big moment..when the town goes from dark to full of bright, shiny Christmas lights. It's a bit cheesy, but its so much fun and one of the many reasons I love living in our quaint little town.

I thought I had everything set right when I handed the camera to Micheal, but who knows what happened with this shot? I fixed it as best I could and wanted to post it anyways because it's a rare moment when I'm in a picture with the kids too!

That's not cheesy! I wish we had something like that here. The kids would love it (so would I). How fun.
Not cheesy at all. Wish we had something like that here.
What a great tradition! I love it. And good on you for getting a pic of the three of you. Love it!
