I finally took the time to stop at my favorite river crossing to take pictures of the fall color....the problem was, the spot was super pretty 3 days ago, but today it looked kind of barren because so many leaves had dropped in just the past few days. Fortunately some of my fellow 365 friends have inspired me with their beautiful leaf close ups, so instead of looking at the big picture, I focused in on some of the smaller details around me.

All of our leaves are long gone and, we have snow covered grounds!
Very pretty! The water makes a nice soft backdrop.
