Ever since seeing the Pirates of the Caribbean and going to the Pirate dinner show in California, Ryan has been obsessed with everything pirate, so it was no big surprise when he asked if he could be Captain Jack Sparrow for Halloween this year? Previously he'd wanted to be a Red Power Ranger, so Captain Jack was a welcome request, and we went to the Disney store as fast as we could to find him a costume. The hat and rasta hair are on order, but the boy couldn't wait to show off his other new duds when we got home. The light was fading fast, but his smile was shining bright, so I took advantage of the moment and cranked the camera way up so I could capture his excitement.

Aww! You do such fun things with your kiddos! That is one cute costume and even more cute little guy :)
Gorgeous--these are perfect! He's too cute! (Is he practicing his menacing pirate look--because here he's looking like the sweetest pirate ever!)
Adorable shots. I love the emotion you captured with him in these photos! I can feel his excitement. Love the costume and he wears it well :)
I hope you are doing well!!! I feel like such a stranger ;)
Adorable smile!! I think that smile should get him his own special pirate room. ;)
He's adorable! Especially love the 3rd one.
