Ryan's PreK class went on a field trip to the County Fair today. We spent most of our time at the petting zoo and got up close and personal with a horse, calves, sheep, goats, pigs, and Ryan's favorite, the baby chicks. It always amazes me how rough and tumble he is on a day to day basis, and yet how gentle he is when he's around animals.

What a precious photo. How lucky to be able to handle the chicks. There are all different kinds there together. I like how careful he is with the little chick.
