194/365 - Beary Cute

Photo & Video Sharing by SmugMug

We went to Costco the other day and Ryan HAD to have this bear. I tried to talk him out of it, especially since it took up the whole shopping cart, but he insisted that he'd love and take care of his new friend, so how could I say no? So Beary has now joined our family and hangs out in the office, the media room, the playroom, or anywhere else Ryan can drag him. This morning I found them snuggling in our bed and Ryan asked me to take their picture together...a true sign that he really loves his new buddy!

We're flying to California later today to spend time with BeBe. I'm looking forward to it but know that it'll also be hard at times...I just hope that more angels will be with me to help guide my way as I go back to the places I last saw my Dad...

I want that bear too, but decided my house is not big enough for amother photo prop!! I can just see a new born in his arms. This is an adorable shot!

We passed by that bear in Costco recently and I remember silently praying that 1) Isaac wouldn't fall in love with it 2) No well meaning relative would gift us with one... so far, no bear in this household. Ryan is adorable with his new friend :)

It sure makes a nice pillow. How adorable!

Yes, you might want to consider one...especially with the family history. I didn't know this at the time of that post, but not only my grandmother had it ...but her sisters have all had it and her brother died of it at 60. I also had a second cousin who died at only 32 with it. The prep isn't fun at all, but the peace of mind (at least for me) was worth it. Thankful to not have to repeat it for at least 3yrs. :)

Sorry to read about your dad. :( It's been a rough year for you. Will say an extra prayer for you today. Enjoy your time and the memories made.
