We spent the first day of our vacation visiting my brother and Aunt Mar Mar in San Clemente. For some reason the kids call Bret Uncle Ogre. He seems to like it, and they think it's a hoot. Bret doesn't like his picture taken, but when he gets around the kids, he loosens up a bit about it, and I'm so glad to have a few photos of them together.
I dropped the 7d at Canon in Irvine this AM for cleaning, so I'm using the 20d and am without editing software, so it's back to basics for a few days. Shooting and processing without what I'm used to sure makes me appreciate what I have at home, but I have to get some of these days up or I'll be even further behind!

Doesn't look like you need any fancy equipment to take great pix! These are great! Randi's dress is adorable! And I adore that shot of her skipping in the waves and the one of her in mid air w/Ryan bending over.
