Today's assignment - Where they are comfortable?
Answer - In the man cave
Why - It's where all the cool guy stuff happens!
A couple of days ago, Ryan talked me into buying him this cool exploding volcano set. He spent over an hour painting it so it would be "just right", and today he and Daddy went to the store to buy fresh baking soda and vinegar to prepare for the eruption. It was a little anti-climatic, but, none the less, they had a lot of fun, and I loved watching the joy and excitement on both of their faces. The first picture is a little boring but I had to use it because it shows what his t-shirt says "My Dad Rocks", and when it was time to head outside, Ryan had to wear his rain boots just in case he stepped in any hot lava (he was so animated about it that he had me laughing until my sides hurt!)
FYI, I went to a Donna Boucher clinic last year and one of the many tips I learned was a garage can have magical light. I barely did anything to these pictures because the man cave has really good light.

How fun! My boys love to help their dad out in the garage and this would totally be right up their alley. Have you ever tried the mentos and diet coke trick? That's a lot of fun too.
They are so cute together! I love Ryan wearing his rain boots...he's too cute. Good advice about the garage--I'll have to use that!

I just love to see dads and their sons doing things together. I use to love to do those volcanoes. What fun! Your right. Your garage does have great light.
