I can't believe it's the last day of my Joy of Love class, and even more so that I've made it two months into this journey. There have been a few days that I really had to push myself to pick up the camera and figure out a picture, but overall, it's been pretty easy and even a little bit fun. I've enjoyed Willette's prompts for the month of February. They made me think outside my box and document things that I normally wouldn't have thought to take a picture of or to write about, and for that I'm thankful. I'm a little nervous about having to think for myself again tomorrow, and I'll miss seeing how others interpreted the same lesson as me, but on the other hand, it'll be fun to see where my path leads me without a known direction.
The last prompt for the Joy of Love class is "the future". I had a lot of thoughts and plans for this one, but when Randi wasn't able to get on the "big" computer this afternoon because her Dad was working on something and told her she'd have to wait a bit, she got creative and figured out another game plan. She carried the little art table into her room, dug out her globe and pink laptop and set up her own little office space. I took one look at it and knew whether I liked it or not, this was "our future".

The above shot is pretty much SOOC with just a midtone boost and a little vingette. I like it alright, but I couldn't resist playing with it with one of the Olive Juice presets I recently downloaded...I'm sure liking them!

LOL. Cute! Looks like something one of mine would do.
So cute. You could take a picture of the globe as one of your pictures. :)
Good for her! I love resourcefulness! I like the preset on the second one!
I like the second one :-)
